The Indian embassy in Austria has sought to exhibit the catalogues of all Indian pharma companies at Austropharm to be held in Vienna from April 21-23, 2016.

As part of this, the Indian embassy in a communication to Pharmexcil has asked all the pharmaceutical member companies in India to send their detailed product catalogues to be exhibited at Austropharm 2016. “Austropharm is the largest trade fair in Europe. It is understood that our embassy officials will distribute the catalogues and brochures to the visitors to promote the Indian companies in Europe. Therefore it is requested that all those pharma companies who are interested to export their products to Austria can utilise this opportunity to promote themselves,” informed Dr. P.V. Appaji, director general of Pharmexcil.

Austropharma is the largest trade fair for multi-products, including pharmaceutical products in Austria. In the year 2014 the trade fair had witnessed more than 150 exhibitors and about 4,500 visitors participated in the event. This time again, Vienna is staged to host the biggest platform where in large number of visitor and traders are expected to take part.

“The Austropharm provides a comprehensive overview of goods and services, and is a highly efficient means of distributing and gathering information, and a hub of communication for exhibitors and trade visitors,” opined the DG.

In view of this, interested members of pharma industry can utilise the free service extended by the Indian embassy and can send their product catalogues to Indian Embassy at Vienna by April 15.
